March Favorites

Renee's March Favorites

Here we are again at the last day of the month. Here I am again trying to summarize how it all went out for me. Overall, it was a pret-ty good month (emphasis on the pretty). I was busy with a lot of things while not losing sight of the things that made me happy as well. I like where I am right now despite the inner and outer struggles I'm currently facing. I like the life I'm leading and I like where I'm headed. It's still somewhat of a blur but I know, with God, everything will clear out in the end.

Don't you just love it when you feel that you have somewhere to go in the near future? That's how I feel right now. Life has just been really good to me since the start of this year. Of course, there were bad times too, because these things will always be present to balance out everything. But despite all of it, I'm coming out happy and contented. I hope this will continue onwards. It's good. Life's good. 😊

So without further ado, here are the things that made my March awesome!

Moon lovers: SCARlet Heart Ryeo

Moonlovers: Scarlet Heart Ryeo

If you are a follower of mine on Twitter, you'd know how I have gushed about this Korean Drama endlessly since the beginning of March. My whole being was completely taken over (shookt) after I've finished watching its last episode. And since then, I haven't been able to recover and move on. My feelings for this drama is immeasurably beyond words so I won't even try to describe it, just watch it if you're that curious, haha.

I need a season 2 of this one, and I know everyone who had seen this drama feels the same. Director-nim, hear us, jebalyo!!!

Elyseen PH: The Start of an Empire

Elyseen PH

When KC and I were still in our sophomore year in college, we came up with the idea of putting up an online shop. We dreamed of selling stuff for girls but lacked the funds to put that dream into reality. It wasn't until late last year that we rekindled with that dream and finally put that thought into action. We finally launched our little shop last February 14!

Korean products have been such a massive hit nowadays, we thought it would be perfect to start up our little shop. I'm a fan of Korean Skin Care products, if you don't know yet, so with a little research, we found some suppliers and started selling sheet masks! I still wouldn't say that our shop is a hit but we manage to get our first batch of products to be sold out, and that is something to be proud of, isn't it? 😊 And to top that, we just recently hit a thousand followers on Instagram! A lot of my time has been invested in managing this little venture and I am very happy with the progress we are making. I hope this would go on a long way, we'll do our best!

The Siargao Island Adventure

Siargao Island

Last on this list, BUT MOST DEFINITELY NOT the least, was our Island Adventure in Siargao!!! This trip is the highlight of my month, I must say. The experience was surreal, I figuratively left my heart in Siargao, and I cannot wait to go back! I will be blogging more about this one soon, so stay tuned for that. For the meantime, here's a photo sneak peek of how beautiful this island is, and if you want to see more, just take a look on my Instagram page! 😁

How were your March, guys? Congratulations to those who have graduated this year! More blessings to you and good luck on your journey after studying! 😁

I'm slowly getting back to blogging now, I hope this will be for good. Being in a semi-hiatus made me really miss the blogging community. I have so much to catch up to! How are all of you? How was your week? I hope you had a great month, too. 😊 So yeah, bye for now!
